Responsibilties

At Imprint Plus, I specialized in brand identity design across digital marketing and print media. I designed and delivered creative assets for ecommerce campaigns, email marketing, social media content, paid advertising, and the company website. I worked closely with the marketing and ecommerce teams to support performance-driven campaigns. In 2022, I was a core contributor to the company’s brand refresh, including the new logo design, visual style guide, and cross-platform implementation.

UI design

Ecommerce Store

I built and implemented a web design system for Imprint Plus to ensure consistent UX/UI design, brand messaging, and visual hierarchy across all new and redesigned pages. I collaborated on the design of blog templates, landing pages, badge customization tools, and other site enhancements, contributing during wireframing, design reviews, and ideation sessions. Using Hotjar user behavior insights, I identified areas for improvement and guided iterative design changes. I also created mockups and wireframes for key areas of the site, including industry-specific landing pages, B2B login portals, and our online Design Studio.

I created all digital marketing collateral, including website banners (monthly and seasonal), social media graphics, Google and Bing display ads, and product showcase imagery using stock photography. I led all digital design projects from concept to execution, managing end-to-end production on a monthly basis. I was also responsible for redesigning website sections, updating visual assets, icons, and interactive forms to improve both aesthetics and user experience.

I helped establish visual guidelines and image standards for social media content, display advertising, product photography, and industry-specific imagery, ensuring brand consistency across all external-facing visual assets.

Web Experience

Design & Print Pop-Up

Problem:
Customers were frequently uploading low-resolution or incorrect logo files, resulting in poor print quality on name badge inserts and delays in badge production.

Process:

I analyzed the file requirements necessary for high-quality printing, defining clear specifications for acceptable formats, transparency handling (e.g., removing white backgrounds), and print resolution. I collaborated with key stakeholders to determine the best UX placement for this messaging within our online badge designer tool.

Solution:

I designed and implemented an upload guidelines pop-up that appears during the artwork upload step. It communicated file format requirements, max file size, included a print preview, and clarified how files would be handled by our production team if users chose in-house printing.

Results:
The feature significantly reduced the number of incorrect uploads, improved print quality, and decreased customer service issues, leading to faster turnaround times and higher customer satisfaction.

More Web Improvement Projects

I led the UX/UI design for multiple projects aimed at optimizing the Imprint Plus online store. These included improving industry landing page layouts, implementing upsell features, and enhancing the user experience for corporate clients using our B2B portal. I used Hotjar user behavior data and direct feedback from clients and the sales team to guide design decisions and feature improvements. I collaborated with internal stakeholders and external developers, serving as the sole designer and taking each project from low-fidelity wireframes to interactive prototypes.
